Recipe by Betty Crocker
This cookie recipe is so delicious. They are chewy which I love. They spread out a lot so don’t make them too big. Don’t forget that cookies harden as they cool, so don’t over cook them. They are really easy and quick to make though, and the result is so good.

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup plain flour

Bake for 8-9 minutes or until set (do not overbake). Cool for 1 minute, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
