Hi, I’m Molly, welcome to MissMollyJade. I have a passion for baking (especially with chocolate) and love to use local produce in all of my cooking. In my free time I love to hang out with friends and family, play lots of sport, do photography and run (which doesn’t happen very often because, I couldn’t be bothered).

I started this blog as a way to share recipes with friends. I haven’t created my own recipes yet…I use others and give them my own special twist. I like to change recipes up by adding or leaving out ingredients, if I don’t have something I will just make do without it.

I started cooking when I was young and haven’t stopped since. No one did baking in my family, and I just decided that if I wanted cake, I was going to have to make it myself.
